Aegis Cruisers also fire much faster when you manually instruct them to fire upon air targets (more effective against air targets with more health because you have to manually instruct the cruiser(s) to fire upon targets). On another note, if you're playing as the Allies and the enemy Kirov Airships have to cross a body of water, a simple fix to those airships headed toward your base is to build 2-3 (or more, depending on how many Kirov Airships are being sent at you) Aegis Cruisers and *rape* will happen (Aegis Cruisers seem to shit out missiles, especially when Elite - an Elite Aegis Cruiser can take down a Kirov Airship in a few seconds). I wish I took a screenshot but my computer lagged so much that I had to force quit Red Alert 2. The moving blimps alone already caused lag (on a 2013 gaming laptop), and when they finally got to the lake, all I saw was a shitload of water splashes and spinning airships (Kirov Airships spin around if 2+ are on the same space and are trying to bomb a target).
