Go into the plugin settings by clicking on the gear. Open Widescreen Fixer and find Dark Souls in the drop down menu Configure your dsfix.ini to have the correct render resolution for your monitor INSTALL WIDESCREEN FIXER here (got this link from this thread)
If you haven't installed DSFix yet, do it! Disable AA in Dark Souls It can really screw things up later on This sucks because I am a huge fan of the franchise and this is, arguably, the best one.
